Case Management
Each person served is assisted by a case manager in a client/family
directed system of coordination and accountability regarding individual
needs and preferences
Infant/Toddler Early Intervention Services
The Early Intervention Program is for children birth to age three who
have a developmental delay or are at risk for a developmental disability.
These programs are provided free and are accessed through the school district
via ChildFind or through a physician referral.
Service coordination, individual occupational, physical and speech therapies,
and parent education and training are provided as needed in the family home, a unique
aspect of the program. Parent participation is important.
